in time for all the exciting and
remarkable things (technologically
and informationally speaking) that are
going on around us, and those which are just around the curve.
Style Quarterly Magazine is made possible by my team and I
here at Don Martin Studios and through the collective efforts of
many external resources.
So, what is style?
Here is what my good friend Dictionary.com has to state about the legendary
and iconic unit of language:
1. A particular kind, sort, or type, as with reference to form, appearance, or
character: the baroque style; the style of the house
was too austere for their liking.
2. A particular, distinctive, or characteristic mode
of action or manner of acting: They do these things
in a grand style.
3. A mode of living, as with respect to expense or
display.
4. An elegant, fashionable, or luxurious mode of
living: to live in style.
5. A mode of fashion, as in dress, especially
good or approved fashion; elegance; smartness.
I know, I know with one good example I could have clearly made my point,
but Style Quarterly is about variety, quality and diversity, therefore I thought
various depictions would eloquently suffice.
For several years, I’ve been digging, aspiring and contemplating, asking
clients and colleagues for what they desire to see in the perfect magazine
that would most likely suit their liking. Well, here you have it, a creatively
developed multimedia variety magazine appealing to a global audience - with
a strong significance on quality and creativity, fashion, art, entertainment,
travel, personal lifestyle, technology and everything in between. Oh yeah, and
certainly not to forget - the talented people who make it all take place. With
Style Quarterly Magazine, we’re putting a new twist on “engagement”, which
give readers a way to share and find many of their most favorite things.
Our intent is to continually speak quality, versatility, diversification
and uniqueness in all that we do for the sake of our audience’s leisurely
enjoyment.
This Sneak Peek Edition’s aim is to give you a what’s-on-the-horizon
viewpoint. Style Quarterly Magazine will showcase a variety of attractions
that cloaks our everyday lives with the help of various stimuli.
Style Quarterly engages it’s reader’s senses with the latest trends and
fascinating forums of dialogues. Style Quarterly explores the layers which
are eager to be uncovered beneath the surface and inbetween
the crevices which are anxiously awaiting to exhale or perhaps
actually dying to scream.
Our ambition is to dazzle you with delectable and intellectual
“mind-candy” from contributors residing throughout the
world. We’re people who care about people, kind of like the
community Suit Maker with the shop around the corner who
utterly loves what he does and serves the people well with
tremendous skill and service, or the kid wunderkind who’s
working on a cure for cancer, and the local church that’s
pulling together resources to help the underprivileged.
Our roster of special guests are considered among the very
best in their field, they function tirelessly at refining their craft,
mastering their techniques - entirely to provide you with their
absolute best. Their technique and presentation is their trademark, revealing
who they are and what they’re made of.
Imagine this: let’s say at this very moment, you’re famished and you feel like
you could eat a buffalo, but you’re religiously monitoring your calories, your
bottom line and your waistline, however, time is nowhere to be found; many of
our meal suggestions in (In the works) showcases quick and
easy ideas, recipes and how-to-videos with caloric and nutritionary facts that
will help you make a wise and informed decision when preparing your next
meal.
In Review
We conclude, that when it comes to style, the formula to longevity, sustain
ability and attraction revolves around quality - yet, it is not our premise to
emerge as the biggest or the greatest at what we do, but to do “good work”
and to provide a “good service” to all of our readers and the community as a
whole.
